About Surf Camp Packages
Leave winter behind and hop on a plane to Liberia / Guanacaste Airport (LIR). As your flight approaches, you can see the crystal clear waters and the lush landscape everywhere!
On arrival, you can already feel the tropical heat and warm breeze. Your private transport awaits you for a direct transfer to your hotel room overlooking an exotic garden and freshwater pool, just steps from the beach!
You drop your bags and head to your welcome meeting where you'll find your trip leaders are friendly and knowledgeable locals ready to help you have the best week ever! You enjoy the first afternoon and evening just getting the feel for your home for the week and drift off to sleep, excited for what's to come!
The next 5 days you and your new surf camp friends will have group surf lessons or surf trips with local professionals who are not only experienced surfers, but are also patient, friendly, and fun teachers! They help beginners learn all of the basics to get you set up for success and work with you each day to improve your technique and build on your skills, giving you foundations you'll need for a lifetime of surfing! Advanced surfers will hit the road to practice your technique on more challenging waves!
In your off time, you chill by the pool, walk the beach, take in epic sunsets, and experience the fusion of cuisines from around the world in this small town that still has it's traditional Costa Rican flare - and hasn't been completely overcome by big chains or foreign businesses (yet).
You zipline through treetop canopies, rev quads through forests to pristine beaches, are guided by a local expert to waterfalls and swimming holes, and even kayak to an island for a change of perspective!
We never want it to end, but after a week of incredible surf and epic times at Costa Rica Surf Camp with Costa Rica Surf Trip, we know it's not "goodbye," but "we'll see you soon!"
