  • Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) Sessions

What is it?

A Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) lesson is a class of students with varying student-instructor ratio depending on signups!

Stand Up Paddle is an amazing full body workout utilizing a high-volume board (read: stable) to help you float and balance while utilizing a paddle sized correctly to your proportions to glide across the top of the ocean!

Who is it for?

Great for individuals, couples, or small groups of friends or family members traveling together.  We occasionally allow young children to come along as passengers free of charge.  It is recommended for ages 16+, though we do make exceptions (please contact us before signing up minors under 16 years of age).  These are open classes, meaning you may have other people in your session aside from those you sign up with!  We can also do private SUP sessions on request.

These SUP sessions are for skill levels from people who have never been on a board, to with fresh water and calm water experience as well as those who have done ocean SUP in the past.  We fit your board and paddle to your needs and review technique and positioning on land before heading into the water!

People of varying abilities are able to get out and enjoy the ocean with a professional to accompany them!

Although our sessions are lighthearted and fun, Stand Up Paddleboarding is a sport and a full body workout so be prepared for physical activity that may include cardio, balance, and endurance.
